Shipping

  • Delivery times are supplied by Australia Post and are an estimate only. Your delivery can take up to 14 days from when your tracking number has been received. 
  • Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, your order can not be amended or cancelled.
  • Contact Hypnotic Nailz directly if you require an order alteration prior to a tracking number being assigned. 
  • If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact Hypnotic Nailz within 3 days of receiving your parcel, to ensure a prompt response can be made directly to the shipping company and issue rectified.   
  • Orders are sent out within 1-3 business days. 

 

Returns

  • No refunds will be given on change of mind, please select items carefully.
  • If you believe your product is faulty, please contact Hypnotic Nailz directly to discuss the issue further. 
  • Damage and fault caused by the user will not be replaced.
